This knife is the culmination of 175 years of experience and dedication. Inspired by the tools and cutlery we were producing in the early 1900s, we set about bringing some of that tradition and heritage up-to-date with a design that combines modern production techniques with the expertise of our craftsmen.
The blades are made using high quality Chromium Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, which are hardened and tempered before being precision taper ground. The moulded handle is finished by hand for a tactile, pebble like feel. Each knife is then sharpened by hand and individually tested before leaving the factory.
