Heritage Series knives are equally at home in the modern or traditional kitchen.
The full tang blades, made from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel, are precision ground to provide excellent strength, flexibility and lasting sharpness.
The handles are shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the endstop preventing the knife from accidentally slipping. Each is secured with three solid brass rivets and hand finished in the same tradition as they have been for generations.
Heritage Series scissors and shears are retro classics evoking childhood memories of Grandma’s sewing tin. Hot forged from a single billet of high quality stainless steel, Heritage Series scissors and shears are precision ground and finished entirely by hand. Each individual scissor is hand tested in our Sheffield Factory to ensure the perfect cut from pinch to point.
